3-2 Scan In-Realtime

Scan It for Jira automatically scan and detect in realtime, when Issue is created or updated.
[Notes] Scan It for Confluence does not provide Email Notifications.
Realtime Scan Options
In ‘Settings > Realtime Scan Options’, you must set the below options.
Project or Space: Select the target Projects or Spaces to scan.
Email Notification: Select the users who receive the email notification when detected by Scan Rules.
When the ‘All projects’ or 'All Spaces’ is unchecked, you can choose the target Projects or Spaces one by one.
You MUST save your changes. Click ‘Save’ button.
Realtime Scan Results
When the options setting is completed, Realtime Scan begin to operates.
When Jira Issue or Confluence Space is created or updated, Scan It automatically scan and detect in realtime by the Scan Rules and Realtime Scan Options.
You can check the scan results out at ‘Realtime Scan’ tab.
To update the scan results, click ‘Refresh’ button.
Up to 1000 Scan Reulsts is stored, and the results that exceed the number are deleted from the old ones.
App Admins can delete each scan results. Check each item and click the trash button to delete.
Scan Targe Fields
Scan It only scan the contents of the following Issue fields.
Scan It for Jira: Summary, Description, Comment
Scan It for Confluece: Subject, Content, Comment
